CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
To change your order, you will need to cancel it and place a new order 7 days before your chosen delivery date. If the roses have been processes for delivery, it is possible that you may not make a change to your order.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
To cancel your order you must contact us at 305-515-8170 or email email@example.com 7 days in advance of your chosen delivery date. Refunds will not be guaranteed on orders cancelled in a shorter time period.
There may be occasions where we may have to substitute a variety of roses. Should this occur, we will always select the next closest color available.
HOW ARE THE ROSES PACKAGED?
Roses are packaged in our signature orange boxes and include instructions on how to care for your roses. A card with your message will be included when the roses are sent as a gift.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I DON'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
If you do not receive a confirmation email once you have placed an order, please check your junk folder to verify if was received there. You may need to mark us a ‘safe sender’ to ensure that all future emails are sent directly to your inbox. If the confirmation email is not in your junk folder, it is possible that an incorrect email address has been submitted and you will need to contact 305-515-8170 or email info@scentifoliaroses for assistance.
